Employer-Sponsored Visa Applications

We currently specialise in two key visa categories central to employment-based migration:


Employer Nomination Scheme Visa (subclass 186)

A permanent residency visa. Our services focus exclusively on the Direct Entry Stream. Eligibility includes:

  • Nomination by an approved Australian employer

  • Positive skills assessment from the relevant authority

  • Meeting health and character requirements

  • Being under 45 years of age at time of application

  • Demonstrating Competent English (e.g. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)

Skills in Demand Visa (subclass 482) – Core Skills Stream)

A temporary work visa valid for up to 4 years. Our services focus exclusively on the Core Skills Stream. Eligibility includes:

  • Nomination for an occupation listed on the Core Skills Occupation List (CSOL)

  • At least one year of relevant full-time post-qualification work experience

  • Meeting the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT)

  • Demonstrating Vocational English - IELTS 5.0 or equivalent

  • Satisfying health and character requirements
